We grow a variety of vegetables and fruits in a sunny mountain cove north of
Weaverville, N.C. We are interested in establishing long term relationships with
both private and public consumers for the food products we grow.
We would be happy to work with end users to grow
vegetables and fruits for
their individual needs and markets. Local
restaurants, bed and breakfast
facilities, schools, retirement centers and others
would be excellent partners in
this effort. Please contact us to discuss your
interests.
Assorted vegetables, including but not limited to tomatoes,
peppers (bell and hot), squashes, lettuces, corn, rhubarb and
asparagus. Fruits including black and red raspberries,
strawberries, blueberries, wineberries, cherries and apples.
Shiitake mushrooms, honey and free-range eggs.
