Ty-Lyn Plantation, LLC

Enjoy hot cider while picking out and cutting your own tree. We have trees that range from 3-18 feet in height. From all four major roads into Cashiers, follow the Santa signs to get to our plantation. While having your tree bailed to carry home, visit our wreath operation - all hand made to take with you. We sell wreaths, garland, table decorations and ornaments. Here at Ty-Lyn we have made award-winning wreaths for over 13 years. We have presented the Governor of North Carolina with a wreath for his home in Raleigh, NC and won the Grand Champion Wreath in the North Carolina State Fair Contest with entries from all over the state. Come visit us and stay the day, make it a family tradition to pick and cut your own tree from our fields. Enjoy food for sale on the major weekends. Playground and restrooms available. Take a ride in our hydrogen assisted eco-friendly 1950 Chevy Truck or 1951 Ford Fire Truck and have fun. The kids, and grown-ups, will love it!

FROM ATLANTA: I-85 toward Greenville, SC. Just over the SC border take State Hwy 11 to Walhalla at Walhalla take State Hwy 28 north through Walhalla to State Hwy 107 to Cashiers (Follow "from Cashiers" directions below) FROM ASHEVILLE: I-40 west to Waynesville Exit follow US Hwys 23 & 74 through Waynesville to Sylva (Follow "from Sylva" directions below) FROM GREENVILLE: State Hwy 183 to Pickens, take Hwy 178 N. to State Hwy 11 west to State Hwy 130 north until you see a sign saying 13 miles to Cashiers to the left. Follow this to stop sign then take a right onto State Hwy 107 to Cashiers (Follow "from Cashiers" directions below) FROM SYLVA: Go South on Hwy 107 approximately 30 minutes to Pine Creek Road on the right, turn. Stay left 5-6 miles to Lloyd Hooper Road on the left and go one mile to Ty-Lyn Plantation on the left or follow the Santas! FROM CASHIERS: At stoplight in Cashiers go North 1.5 miles to North Norton Road. Turn left and stay right 5-6 miles to Lloyd Hooper Road on the right. Go one mile to Ty-Lyn Plantation on the left or follow the Santas!
