Barbara Long is on the Advisory Board of the Western Dressage Assoc. of America. She has taught dressage and trained horses of all breeds to success in the show ring and on trail.
The goals of lightness, balance and trust between rider and horse are enlarged in dressage to include training choices made to benefit the horse, using sound training practices to protect the horse from damage to joints and muscles caused by working out of balance.
