About Us:
Nestled in the heart of West Jefferson convenient to local dining and shopping, our market brings together everything that is great about Ashe County.

Our Market features fresh seasonal produce grown locally and sold by our farmers, complemented by juried crafts handmade by Ashe County Artisans. For your comfort, most of our vendors sell under a covered shelter where we have restrooms, an ATM, and hot coffee for our guests. We also have ample parking.

We also offer a delightful mix of local honey, molasses, maple syrup, homemade jams, jellies and locally grown popcorn.

Our Products:
Fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit, local meats including beef, pork and chicken, handcrafted personal care products, jams/jellies/preserves, fresh cut flowers, soy candles, fresh breads, cookies, pastries, and gourmet desserts, local eggs, goat cheese, nursery products including herbs, native plants, shrubs, heritage apples trees, perennial and annual flowers, artisan crafts including pottery, furniture, wood crafts, jewelry, and hand knitted/crocheted items.

Directions:
We are conveniently located in the High County in Downtown West Jefferson; just one block off the main street across from First Baptist Church.

Hours of Operation:
Open every Saturday Mid-April through October from 8 am to 1 pm. Our Wednesday Market opens early July and runs through September. Check our website for opening and closing dates and special events at www.ashefarmersmarket.com.
