Elmer Archibald, plant breeder and head grower at Archibald's Greenhouses, has developed several new petunia plant varieties in "Archie's Collection" that includes "Limeon," a bright yellow petunia, two new yellow trailing petunias: "Sun" and "Canary," plus pink "Monet" and others in reds, purples, and multi-colors.

Archibald's Greenhouses is a family-owned horticultural business with over 35 years of experience in growing high quality, healthy plants that grow well in this region. Archibald's raises a wide assortment of annuals, perennials, bedding plants, heirloom and hybrid tomato plants, vegetable plants, herb plants and more. Elmer Archibald is a North Carolina Department of Agriculture Certified Grower and is in the Got to be NC and Goodness Grows in North Carolina consumer marketing programs.
