Farming in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains

We have been farming since 1984. We started with 2 riding horses, and have growed alot over the years. We purchased several head of cattle. And started mowing and putting up hay and grew corn for feed. Raising baby calfs on bottles.
Now in the past 6 yrs, we have change some, but still have horses and cattle. There are lots of new projects. This year we added 14 bee hives, and have got the diary gots on a milking schedule. We have always had chickens running free range. Ducks to feed at the farm pond. The sheep arrived last year.
