We specialize in custom corn milling and supplying the greatest chefs the finest Stone Ground Grits and American polenta.
Part of our Charter specifies Heritage Education, and we provide this as time permits. We are available on a Per Diem rate for milling demonstrations. We are located in Rocky Mount, Nash County.
Our mills are gluten-free.
Only corn is milled with any of our mills.
