We specialize in custom corn milling and retail sales at various N.C. Farmers Markets. We are found often demonstrating the Carolina style stone ground milling process at special events.
Part of our Charter specifies Heritage Education, and we provide this as time permits. We are available on a Per Diem rate as well. We are located in Rocky Mount, Nash County.
Our mills are gluten free.
Only corn is milled with any of our mills.
Grits and Corn Meal stone ground slowly with native North Carolina white flint granite stones.
We live on the Tar River.
