Giacomo Santomauro moved here from LI, Ny in 1995, where he opened his first Italian market. He's been making sausage and salami ever since.
In 2005 he opened his second Italian market in Greensboro, NC. As a result of the great demand for homemade authentic italian meats, he recently opened a USDA facility.
Only open for 3 months, he is seeking many more companies and restaurants who truly enjoy the authentic italian flavors.
