A visit to Briar Rose Farm is more than a place to spend the night. Experience waking up to roosters welcoming the morning sun. Make your breakfast using the farm fresh eggs left in your refrigerator, along with the loaf of homemade bread left by your hosts, Tom and Judie. Greet the cool mountain morning by having breakfast on the wide private front porch. Hike to the firetower 2 miles up the road and take in the 360 degree view. Sample the produce from our organic garden. Perhaps you'd like to meet the goats, see how we turn trees into lumber on our sawmill, collect eggs, or see how we grow hydroponic lettuce. After an evening campfire, enjoy the hottub and the millions of stars visible in our rural still dark night skies.
Families, Honeymooners intergenerational families on vaction, and couples all seem to find the farm a special place. We enjoy welcoming folks back year after year.

Our new Log Cabin on 80 private acres will be opening soon! Just for two, this log cabin will offer quiet solitude, a warm light uniquely decorated cabin with porches and decks made from the timber of the farm and hand hewn mortise and tendon joinery. It is truly a special place to enjoy the mountains.

Briar Rose Farm is 28 miles north and west of Asheville, NC. Located right off of Highway 209, access is easy.
The Farm Cabins are open year round.
