Truffles NC, LLC at Keep Your Fork Farm

The Best is Yet to Come!

About US
We have 2 truffle orchards of European filbert, holly and downey oak trees with a total of 400 trees. We enjoyed our first harvest in the fall/winter season of 2006.

Because we were harvesting and she wanted to participate in a North Carolina truffle hunt, Martha Stewart visited to harvest with us. They filmed at our farm and then we went to New York for the show. You can watch the video at our website under the media tab.

We only allow visitors in the orchards by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays. You may email or call us for availability.

Our Products
Black Winter Perigord Truffles, truffle butter, truffle honey, truffle salt and truffled white chocolate. We do gift packaging and we ship anywhere in the US.
