We are a small hobby farm located in Fletcher (Asheville) committed to growing and raising healthy, great tasting food for our family and yours.
Our vegetables and herbs are organically grown. We grow spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumbers, squash, cantaloupe, watermelon, beans, garlic, and onions. We also sell fresh basil, rosemary, thyme, cilantro, and dill. Our chickens are free-range and eat fresh greens, insects, etc. We also feed them grains and laying feed. Our eggs are fantastic! We are now raising ducks and hope to have their eggs available beginning August 2007. Have you tried them for baking? They are very rich and flavorful! Our pigs are pasture raised and finished on corn for superior flavor. We have great sausage and other cuts of pork available in the fall!
