Registration / Attendance Requirements
- Pre-registration online preferred
- Day of event registration will be available
- All pre-registered participants are required to sign roster to verify attendance (not necessary for same day registration)
- Registered Sanitarians (RS) with the local health departments will be required to sign in a second time after lunch for CEU verification.
- Continuing Education Certificates will be provided to each pre-registered participant as you sign in. Those registering the day of the event will have their CEU certificates emailed.
- Each participant will be provided with a Program Evaluation Survey the day of event or you can complete later via a link that will be emailed direct to you.
