About the Commissioner's Food Safety Forum
The Commissioner’s Food Safety Forum is the event to discuss the future of food safety with the nation’s food safety experts, Congressional Delegation, industry leaders, regulators, public health officials, emergency management, and academia.
Our 2011 agenda focused on the ongoing implementation of the Food Safety Modernization Act, the continuing refinement of public and private food-related disaster recovery efforts, and the latest industry efforts targeting food safety risks.
Thank you for your interest in the Commissioner’s Food Safety Forum! For your convenience, we have added the presentations of our keynote speakers, and a Q&A section featuring questions submitted the day of the Forum.
Please take time to let us know what you thought of this year’s event by clicking on the link on the right hand side.
We hope to see you all again next August for the 8th Annual Commissioner’s Food Safety Forum!
