Mar 19, 2010 USDA Market News PROCESSED EGGS: Weekly National Frozen Eggs (Fri) Frozen whole egg ranged 2 to 4 cents higher, whites and sugared yolk were 1 cent higher, and salt yolk was 2 cents higher. Trade sentiment was was steady for all frozen products. Offerings were adequate to tight and generally made to order. Demand was light to moderate. Most trading continued to center on less than trucklot volumes. Breaking stock prices were unchanged when compared to last week's reported prices.
