SHELL EGGS:  Daily California Eggs                                              
                                                                                

Benchmark prices are 1 cent lower for Jumbo, steady for Extra Large and         
Large, and 5 cents lower for Medium and Small. Trade sentiment continues        
steady to weak. Demand is light to moderate. Offerings and supplies are         
moderate to heavy. Market activity is slow to moderate. Small benchmark         
price is 93 cents.                                                              
                                                                                

Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of                
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen.  This
