SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance

Regional prices are 4.74 to 5 cents lower on Medium sizes, steady on Extra
Large and Large.  New York prices are steady.  Demand into retail and food
service channels ranges very light to moderate.  Supplies are moderate to 
heavy  for present trade needs.  Market activity is slow to moderate.  Breaking 
stock offerings are moderate for the light demand.  Spent fowl offerings are 
sufficient; demand is light to mostly moderate.
