Beautiful, well maintained established pastures at this 3 year old high quality facility outside of Wendell, eastern Wake/northern Johnston County. Minutes to Raleigh on the new 264 Bypass We have 12x12 and 12x14 stalls each equipped with blanket rack, collapsible saddle rack, head stall rack, salt holder and hay rack. The isles are 14 ft wide and we have a separate tack room and wash pit with hot and cold running water. The barn has a misting system for fly control and has security cameras for protection. We have a round pen, turn out, riding ring and about 10 miles of trail on the facility and miles of other trail possibilities in the neighborhood. Daily turn out and stall cleaning. Owner lives at facility. Only hay grown on the property and quality feed and supplements are used. Horses are treated with special holiday dinners several times a year that may include a mash and/or fruits and/or vegetables depending on the occasion.
