2009 Central America Inbound Trade Mission
Event Name: Central America Inbound Trade Mission
|
The U.S. is Central America’s largest trading partner, and with the implementation of the Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), agricultural trade is expected to increase greatly. SUSTA will bring a delegation of Central American buyers to the U.S. to meet with suppliers of food and beverage products from the SUSTA region. The buyers will travel to Charlotte, NC and Austin, TX to participate in pre-arranged, one-on-one business meetings
with southern U.S. companies. Participants will receive product-specific market information and interpreter services upon request. Companies are responsible for travel to and lodging in both cities.
