The Big Cart Participated in the 2009 N.C. Inaugural Parade

The 2009 N.C. Inaugural Parade featured the Big Cart in Raleigh, Saturday, Jan. 10. The parade was one of several events that honored Governor Bev Perdue and other elected officials. The inaugural ceremony began at 10:30 a.m. and the parade followed at 12:30 p.m., beginning at Davie and Fayetteville streets in downtown Raleigh.

Agriculture commissioner Steve Troxler was driving a tractor in the parade.
