Sit down and stay a spell at the Mountain State Fair’s Hospitality Tent

FLETCHER – Amidst the excitement of the Midway, the smells of fried food vendors and the farm sounds of the livestock competitors, the N.C. Mountain State Fair will provide a Hospitality Tent for fairgoers to sit down, prop their feet up and stay a spell.

The tent, sponsored by Pepsi, will be located near the main entrance to the Fair and will serve as a prime seating area for fair visitors to eat and relax.

"The Hospitality Tent is situated right by the Fair’s big selection of food vendors,” said Matt Buchanan, fair manager. “It will be a great place to sit down, get a bite to eat and catch your second wind.”

North Carolina native Leon Jacobs will provide free entertainment in the tent. Jacobs brings his mix of high energy and gospel roots for the 11th consecutive year, playing multiple times daily throughout the fair.
