Pre-Fair Applications & Items Due

  1. Fair Manager's Checklist, shows all required applications, reports and items due during the Fair season. (PDF)
  2. N.C. Department of Revenue Application for Exemption from Payment of Amusement Taxes, due at least 60 days prior to the opening of your fair. (PDF) (Word)
  3. NCDA&CS Emergency Programs Division Application for Animal Contact Exhibit Permit, due at least 30 days prior to the opening of your fair. (PDF)

  4. Premium Book, due at least 30 days prior to the opening of your fair. Send a copy of your Premium Book (also known as a Fair Book, Competition List, etc.) to: Kevin Hardison, County Fair Coordinator, 1020 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1020

Post-Fair Reports & Items Due

  1. NCDA&CS Fair Evaluation Report, due within 90 days after the closing of your fair. (PDF)
  2. NCDA&CS Fair Financial Report, due within 90 days after the closing of your fair. (PDF)
