Large Meeting Room
Description - This area containing 7152 square feet has 22 double electrical outlets spaced all around the outside wall. If you need this area for a expo setting we have drop box 200 amp power supply in six locations in the room, including 2 of which are in the middle of area for setting up 2 rows of displays. There are 22 telephone and 22 computer lines located beside each double electrical outlet . Light and sound controls are located in 5 areas around the outside walls that are easy accessible (microphone jack at each sound control box). Tables, chairs, use of kitchen, staging, screen, projection equipment and power drop box electrical service rental are shown on Exhibit A. This room will seat 900 people, theater style, or 600 seating banquet style.
Rates - Day $800.00 (10:00 a.m. -12:00 a.m. midnight)
Deposit required 1 day rent for applicable room reserved at time of signing contract. ($800.00). Deposit is nonrefundable within 120 days of contract. Acts of god cancellations will be rescheduled and/or viewed on a case by case basis.
Daily rental includes local telephone service, table/chair setup, daily cleanup & maintenance of building and restroom facilities.
Charges for use of kitchen all day events (three meals) will be $250. Single meal usage will be $150. Serving of food in room, without use of kitchen, will cost $100.
At present, we have 210 parking spaces adjacent to meeting center. 400 more spaces are within walking distance.
Events will be allowed 4 hours prior to start entry for set up.
Small Meeting room -
We have two different size small meeting rooms.
Description - Area 1 & 4 have 1173 square feet. Area 2 & 5 has 1149 square feet . Each small area has an access door to the large center area 3 . Area 1& 4 has access to the lobby area. There are 5 telephone lines and 5 computer lines in each room with a double electrical supply near each telephone jack. Each room has an individual light control with various lighting combinations to meet you different light levels. Sound can also be controlled in each room with a panel near the microphone jack. Included in cost of rental of small rooms are tables and chairs for your meeting. These rooms will seat approximately 100 people (theater style), 50 people conference style, or smaller arrangements for smaller group needs (worked on an individual basis). Meeting needs such as screen, projection equipment and power drop box electrical service rental is shown on Exhibit A of this booklet.
Rates Areas 1, 2, 4, & 5 - Day $150.00
(10:00 a.m. - 12:00 midnight)

Full day events or multi day rentals (if more time required, work out with manager) you will be allowed 2 hours prior to start entry for setup.
Telephone calls on meeting room lines will be local, 800, 777, 888 or 0 direct dial plus your credit call number. No long distance calls can be dialed with 1 plus the number. A staff member plus adequate maintenance personnel will on duty for your rented event.
There is a small conference room (seats 8-10 people) located in office area that can be rented on a limited basis for $75 for four hours.
Special permits may be obtained from local authorities to serve alcohol and a copy of the permit must be provided to the manager 5 days before the scheduled event. No alcohol shall ever be sold. No cash bars. Anytime alcohol is being served for any event the renter must provide at least 1 law officer on the premise at all times during such event. This expense must be paid by the renter and the officer providing this security must meet the approval of the facility manager in writing along with the alcohol permit.
