Welcome to the Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center, conveniently located in the eastern coastal plain of beautiful North Carolina, just off US Highway 64 (Exit 512).
This is a state of the art, multi-facet facility that can be used by all. The coliseum is more than 110,000 square feet, which is heated and ventilated. This includes approximately 10,000 square feet of vending concourse. It also boasts a 150’ x 300' arena with permanent seating for 2,286. In addition, there is a fully enclosed 75’ x 125’ paddock with an attached 120’ x 240’ covered arena, three outdoor 120’ x 240’ practice rings, five lunging rings and two dressage pads.
Our newly constructed Barns E & F contain 152 additional stalls, which bring our total permanent stall capacity to 456. These barns include climate controlled bathrooms, improved ventilation and additional heated wash bays. A total of 18 wash bays serve the six barns now available, all supplied by hot and cold water. These additions to our facility come complete with a new fiber optic sound system to better meet the needs of each event.
The East Building is capable of hosting an additional 134 temporary stalls or serving as an indoor riding arena.
At the present time, we have 100 RV sites with water, electricity and a 4-station waste disposal site. In addition, we offer a Meeting Center Exposition Hall that is climate controlled and adaptable for your needs.
