Blueberry Promotions for 2012
Along with the 2012 NC Blueberry harvest the North Carolina Blueberry Council along with the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is working to promote North Carolina Blueberries to the consumer, food service industry and other potential customers.
North Carolina Blueberries are advertised in a specialty publication, “Sunbelt Foodservice,” distributed to approximately 30,000 foodservice..
NC Blueberry are being advertised in Our State Magazine, WNC magazine and
Blueberries sponsored the Charlotte Knights Baseball Team "Kid's Club". Blueberries were featured on a t-shirt for the members, received mention at each of the seasons games and had visibility in the program and other promotional materials.
North Carolina Blueberry poster advertising will be in place in the following malls across North Carolina.

There were 2 billboards along I-40. One north of 301 in Benson and one near Wallace.
