Prescription Drug Marketing Act

Wholesale Distributors of prescription drug products operating in North Carolina must properly register or license each distribution location annually. Unannounced inspections of wholesale distributors of prescription drug products are conducted to ensure that prescription drug products are properly labeled, stored, distributed and held under sanitary conditions.
