During heading and
ripening, sample the flag leaf.
Collect flag leaves from
30 to 40 plants. Tissue
sampling after heading is
not recommended.

Use the following codes on
the sample information form:

Growth Stage:  B/F (blossom/fruit)
Plant Part:                       M (middle)
Plant Position:                  U (upper)
