Urgent Request: When filling out sample information forms, please indicate that you do not need a report sent to you in the mail. The Division must cut costs, and all reports are easily available online.

Only for return customers — First-time users must use one of the forms in the above list.

Go to PALS. Select the Grower Login link, and log-in as yourself.

Click on Enter Your Samples Online. Fill in your information. Print copies to file and submit with your sample(s).

Note: You will not be able to fill out an online sample information form until you provide the Agronomic Division with a valid e-mail address. To do this, log-in as yourself, then go to the Register Your E-mail Page and follow the instructions.
