Only for return customers — First-time users must use one of the forms in the above list.
Go to PALS. Select the Grower Login link, and log in as yourself.
Click on Enter Sample Info. Fill in your information. Print copies to file and submit with your sample(s).
Note: You will not be able to fill out an online sample information form until you provide the Agronomic Division with a valid e-mail address. To do this, log in as yourself, then go to the Manage Your E-mail Page and follow the instructions.
