Pesticide Section Mission Statement
To protect the public health, safety and welfare, and to promote continued environmental quality by minimizing and managing risks associated with the legal use of pesticides through administration and enforcement of the N.C. Pesticide Law of 1971 and pursuant regulations adopted by the N.C. Pesticide Board.
Online Exam Registration is NOT available 2 days prior to exam date. You can call us at 919-733-3556 to register or walk-in at exam site.
The 2013 Pesticide Private Applicator License renewal season will begin soon. Those applicators that have met credit requirements will be receiving their renewal in the mail shortly.
